LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Grammy Award-winning brothers Damian “Jr Gong” Marley and Stephen “Ragga” Marley, descendants of reggae legend Bob Marley, will team up for a North American tour.
The Traffic Jam Tour will be the first time the two brothers will jointly perform a curated set, with plans for 18 shows, including stops in Las Vegas, NV; Seattle, WA; Vancouver, British Columbia; Boston, Mass.; Brooklyn, New York; Toronto, ON before wrapping up at the Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom in Chicago, IL on March 30.
Additionally, both Marleys are scheduled to perform on several festival dates, including CaliVibes Fest, Lake Tahoe Reggae Festival and Reggae Rise Up Florida.
The show will feature an ensemble drawn from Damian and Stephen’s catalogs, as well as a medley of classic Bob Marley hits, including “Welcome To Jamrock,” “Medication,” “Grown & Sexy,” “All Night,” “C’ was written” and “Traffic Jam”.
Ticket pre-sales for the tour began today and will be followed by a general on-sale on Friday, December 15.
