I recently published an article on most purchased products I posted about this year, and today I wanted to go further and highlight the articles that I liked the most in 2023! While there is a touch of overlap, I focus on many new products, especially beauty items that I don’t always get a chance to discuss, as well as tried and true products that you do. maybe tired of hearing about it!
COS Oversized Quilted Bag // This has become my favorite everyday bag. This bag is very spacious, can be worn cross-body or on the shoulder and is ideal for traveling! It is now also available in silver here.
Dorsey Jewelry // I decided to add some bling to my jewelry box this year and purchased this necklace, this braceletAnd this bracelet, and they have all proven to be solid investments. I love layering, mixing and matching them with my more casual jewelry. You can learn more about Dorsey here.
Pointed collar // This fall I bought this $15 necklace on a whim to add a *little something* to my cooler weather looks. WOW, did this turn out to be one of my favorite purchases of the year. I’ve worn it dozens of times and I’m still discovering new ways to style it. See how I wore it here, hereAnd here!
Nili Lotan jacket // I packed this jacket for a trip to Paris and it quickly became a real must-have in your wardrobe. It’s easy to mix and match and I always feel comfortable while wearing it. Of course it’s now sold out, but I just bought the shortened version in the same material and I can already say this will be another wardrobe MVP. You can see it stylish here And here.
ABC Solid Ointment // My elegant bun is something of a signature at this point (see how I achieve this here) and for years I used Oribe Star Glow as a final step to achieve a super sleek look. Unfortunately, the product was discontinued and so the search for a replacement was initiated. Enter Authentic Beauty Brand Solid Pomade. This product is amazing for getting the look I want and lasts for hours and hours! 🙂
AIRE sunglasses // When I saw these nuances at $40, I thought maybe they were too good to be true. I really wanted a more retro underwire aviator, but everything I tried was too small for my face. These ended up fitting perfectly and feels like a bargain at the price.
Chanel Vintage Earrings // The real real is one of my favorite shopping destinations. It takes a little work to navigate and dig, but there are so many hidden gems to discover. I bought these earrings from the Chanel show for $500, while they were listed on every other resale site for $1,500 or more. They weren’t in great condition but I was able to clean them with a polishing cloth and they are now one of my favorite oversized nail sets!
Kérastase Products // The two main beauty brands I rely on year after year are Charlotte Tilbury (see my beauty routine here) and Kérastase. Even though I use many different Kerastase products, blow drying lotion And heat protection spray are my two favorites, followed closely by this hair oil.
Prada Platforms // I’m a high-low girly girl. When it comes to investment pieces, I really try to imagine how much I will wear an item before I buy it. As we all know, sometimes we have the best intentions: “I’ll wear this all the time” and it just doesn’t work out that way. I was going back and forth and back and forth these Prada platforms, not knowing how much I would wear them, only for them to become one of the most worn items in my wardrobe. A happy surprise!
Penny pants // Short flares are one of my favorite cuts and this pant have been a wonderful workhorse in my closet. They were key elements in my collection with Tuckernuck and even though I thought I would wear the navy color the most, I found myself choosing every color the same! You can see some of the ways I styled them here.
Longines Dolce Vita watch // Longines is my favorite watch brand and although it is difficult to choose my favorite model, this Longines watch And this one have to be my two favorites. This style is such a classic and iconic piece and I love that the strap can be worn in different ways. This style was a new addition to the brand this fall and I love the little square face,
